Women’s Health &
Weight Management Dietitian
Working with me
Confused by the conflicting nutrition and health advice you see on social media? Struggling with symptoms, changes in your weight, or knowing what you should actually be eating to support your health? As a Registered Dietitian specialising in women’s health, fertility and weight management, I help women cut through the confusion and understand which nutrition advice is relevant to them.
I support women with a wide range of symptoms and health concerns, including endometriosis, painful or heavy periods, bloating, fatigue, digestive symptoms, PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), irregular periods, hormonal symptoms, perimenopause, menopause, menopause-related weight gain, difficulty losing weight, appetite and cravings, fertility and preconception nutrition, IUI and IVF. I also provide weight management and nutritional support alongside weight-loss medication.
You may be looking for a dietitian for endometriosis, a PCOS dietitian, a menopause dietitian, a fertility dietitian, an IVF or IUI dietitian, or support with weight loss and weight management. You may simply feel overwhelmed by the amount of conflicting information online and want an expert to help you work out what is evidence-based and what is not.
My approach is personalised, practical and evidence-based. Rather than following restrictive diets, eliminating foods unnecessarily or trying the latest social media trend, we look at your individual symptoms, health, lifestyle, eating patterns, preferences and goals. We then identify realistic dietary and lifestyle changes that can support your symptoms, nutritional health, weight and overall wellbeing.
Weight management is often an important part of women's health. I support women who want to lose weight, maintain a healthy weight, manage weight changes during perimenopause and menopause, improve their health with PCOS, prepare for pregnancy, or make sustainable changes while taking weight-loss medication. My aim is not simply to tell you what to eat, but to help you understand why certain changes may help and give you the confidence to make changes that are realistic and sustainable.
My interest in women's health is also personal. Having experienced severe endometriosis and multiple cycles of IUI and IVF myself, I understand the physical and emotional impact that symptoms, fertility challenges and treatment can have. I combine this lived experience with my professional expertise as a Registered Dietitian to provide compassionate, non-judgemental and evidence-based nutritional support.
